Ordering information:

Interlace’s acceptance of an order will be deemed once a shipping notice has been dispatched to you via email, and then forms a legally binding contract with Interlace Media, Inc.

Interlace reserves the right to terminate any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: a) where goods are not available; b) where payment authorization cannot be obtained; or c) in the event of a pricing or product description error. If your order has been terminated due to a pricing mis-print, an opportunity will be made available for you to purchase the product at the correct price.


Price Matching:

If you find a lower price from any other authorized Canadian dealer on an identical product, please let us know. We'll be happy to let you know if we can meet or beat the lower price that you have found.

This offer does not apply to previously purchased items, auctions, refurbished, used, discontinued, special order or out of stock items.



All prices appearing on the Website are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Interlace Media accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Please also ask about Interac Email Money Transfers, Wire Transfers, School Board Purchase Orders, or Leasing options. 



Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout that Interlace Media is authorized to collect.  Interlace Media is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs as the result of shipments outside of Canada.



Most items are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Out-of-stock orders are shipped once the item(s) is back in stock. We will send you a notice once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number.  All shipments require a signature upon delivery

Certain items may qualify for free shipping, which consists of a Ground service at the discretion of Interlace Media.  Free Shipping offers apply only to shipments within Canadian provinces, excluding territories and regions deemed "out of bounds" or rural. 

All items ship from distribution warehouses.

Any shipments refused or undeliverable will be returned back to Interlace Media, Inc. at your expense. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse we will contact you to attempt to re-deliver the order or cancel the order should you wish. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee, if applicable, to send the item to you initially which is non-refundable. 

AVShop.ca will only ship to verified addresses validated either by credit card issuers or PayPal. Shipping to freight forwarders or redirection of shipments will not be accepted.

Any claim of shipping damage must be made within 3 business days of receipt. 



All returned opened items are subject to a maximum 25% restocking fee. 

Returns will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 30 days of invoice date.

Interlace will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 30 days of invoice date for exchange only.

All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (ie accessories, manuals, wires, etc). Merchandise that is not returned in like-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, tampered serial numbers or with missing packaging or accessories, will be subject to additional charges or return rejection. We have the right to refuse any return for any legitimate reason. Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Any items packaged with software, must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, or any item listed as non-returnable
  • software/downloads, gels, music, displays/televisions/monitors
  • Opened computers and software, are non-returnable (original packagin cannot be unsealed).

Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.

All returns made MUST be authorized in advance by a customer service representative - and paper work dispatched to you via email. Your RMA form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected by our shippers. Once received, returns will be processed within 5 business days.



Interlace Media, Inc. is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer's warranty in Canada.
