Refund policy

Returns
All replacements and warranty repairs are covered by the respective manufacturer during their stated warranty period for that particular product.

Do not send products for warranty to INTERLACE MEDIA. Contact the respective vendor, e.g. G-Technology, who covers all warranty and repair during the warranty period.

We do not accept returns other than for damaged items (see below).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged, caused by shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, with a picture of the damaged box/item, and the courier tracking number. Send your email to orders@interlace.ca Once you receive an RMA#, send your item via a trackable shipping service to: INTERLACE MEDIA, 15 Braeside Place Winnipeg CA R3T 5J6  Any damages must be notified to INTERLACE MEDIA, within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
